Fibre

Make your fibre go further and faster with our range of cabled solutions. From installation of new cables to troubleshooting of fibre connections and fault finding in cables including terminating fibre cables to their hardware connection.

We can also install fibre to ethernet convertors, allowing ethernet networks to communicate faster over fibre cables and transfer data over longer distances.

Wi-Fi

Demma supplies, secures and maintains wi-fi networks, to make sure that what goes up doesn’t come down.

We can help you to secure your wi-fi network by separating wired and wireless networks using different VLANs and deploy multiple SSIDs, for example so your guest wi-fi network can sit on a different network to the staff network.

Small/Home Wi-Fi Networks

Connecting multiple wi-fi enabled devices over a single point router, from a central location to provide maximum coverage; generally across two floors and a few rooms either side of the router.

Large Area Wi-Fi Networks

We create a large area network (LAN) by installing multiple access points throughout a building. These points can be connected either via ethernet to a central location or connected to each other through a wireless mesh. This allows a wide area network to share the same SSID and all wireless devices in the building can access the same network.

Wi-Fi Bridges

If for example you need to connect together separate networks between two different buildings, the cost of installing ethernet/fibre cable can be high and also present routing challenges along tricky cable runs.

A more cost effective solution can be to install and align 2 high frequency aerials to create a network bridge between the two buildings (as long as the buildings are in line of sight and within 500 metres of each other) This solution securely connects both networks and also saves on WEEE disposal costs.


Demma can provide certified WEEE disposal to ensure the safe disposal of electrical items.


Remote Monitoring:

Demma’s remote B.E.M.S monitoring service keeps a close eye on your systems. In the event of critical or non critical alarms, they are forwarded instantly to Demma’s HQ, to your dedicated engineers and to the end user. Alarms can be sent by email and SMS to designated personnel such as on-site engineers or facilities managers.

We can work with your existing method of monitoring and supply the following remote monitoring platforms:

Demma uses M2M technology through Static IP sim cards to bypass on-site IT networks and allow us to monitor remote sites. This method is cheaper than regular business broadband and this method of connection allows us to link new sites to our dedicated bureau and monitor sites throughout the UK. The bureau covers services including; metering, performance, alarms, fire and security. Each site can be setup with an individual building profile to allow effective remote monitoring and analysis.

Programming

Demma can create bespoke, dynamic and database driven web applications using technologies such as Microsoft Access or SQL databases. Queries can be implemented to filter database results to any web browser enabled internet device and authenticated for use over the Internet or VPN. Scripts can be written to automatically generate emails containing database information such as monthly metering data or logs.
