“It runs in the family”

Demma lives and breathes engineering. We are a company ran and driven by skilled electrical and mechanical engineers rather than by suits. Our commitment to meeting whatever challenge is put in front of us has built Demma’s reputation as a leading control system engineering company.

Each of our engineers holds a base electrical qualification complimented with mechanical expertise, knowledge and experience across multiple areas including IT, electronics, HVAC and BEMS.

Understanding what keeps our customers awake at night is the first step towards engineering a solution that solves their problem. Developing the solution to an industry-leading standard provides our clients with the ability to predict what might happen or what might be needed in the future. We call this ‘Building Foresight’.

Our talented engineering team take pride in developing high quality, cost effective, bespoke engineering solutions to suit any client’s needs.

From developing the initial concept to liaison with professional bodies and clients, from selection of the most suitable and reliable components, through to delivery and conclusion of a fully operating, energy efficient control system, Demma engineers the complete solution.

Close client involvement throughout the engineering process is vital to ensure that the finished solution absolutely fulfils all requirements and future proofs your assets.

Our engineering facilities provide control panels, discrete and BEMS control systems, system electrical installation, integrity proving and full system commissioning.

We continually research and engineer new integration solutions and opportunities. Currently we are working with the majority of BMS manufacturers’ protocol together with open systems such as Bacnet, Lon, Dali, TCP/IP, and Modbus.

On completion of any engineering project, we always collate and generate a fully documented operation and maintenance manual specific to the task. These manuals are a very useful central point of resource to our clients and their staff for predicting future building functions.
